Athletic conditioning:

Designed to get you lean through muscular conditioning and burning fat whilst increasing your fitness levels with a mixture of HIIT, Cardio, Strength and Muscular Endurance Movement Patterns

CARDIO CONDITIONING:
45 minutes

These classes are designed to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic conditioning with a mixture of methodologies, your Ziba cardio workouts will always be interesting and ensure you get your sweat quota for the week ticked off.

BOXING CONDITIONING:
45 minutes

An amazing stress release mixed with all round cardio and muscular conditioning, boxing for fitness classes are high energy and suited to all fitness levels.

Its in the name - these classes will help build your strength through big functional movements to allow your body to get stronger for all practical and physical needs.  Foundation movement teaching will be at the core of these classes.

CALM CLASSES

YOGA EASY FLOW:

Start your week with a slow thorough body stretch incorporating mindfulness & breath awareness.

This Hatha yoga practice will help prevent injury and strengthen the body while increasing flexibility and promoting freedom of movement. Find your inner calm & balance to set yourself up for the week.

RESTORATIVE YOGA:

Hit the reset button with this full body guided relaxation incorporating breath focus & simple mindfulness.

Designed to help busy people quiet the mind and learn the art of relaxation. This one-hour session will help you to feel calmer, clearer and more centred.

VINYASA YOGA

A fluid yoga practice moving through sequenced poses to energise, tone and create flexibility in the body.  This practice is designed to calm the thoughts whilst improving your physicality.

REST & RESTORE

Start your Saturday off with 30 minutes of full body guided relaxation. Designed to help busy people quiet their minds, let go of a busy week and reset the nervous system.

The whole class is done while lying down supported by blankets, pillows and a bolster. Bliss for the body, mind and spirit.

FIT STRETCH

We explore a range of methods to improve mobility, flexibility, balance, and postural awareness. FitStretch improves overall health and complements your strength and cardio training by allowing you to access greater ranges of movement.

YOGALATES

This blended session offers controlled and progressive muscle work combined with the stretch, mobility and flexibility of yoga.

Work the Core and Booty and then melt the tension away with a calm slow stretch to finish stronger and more balanced.

CLASS INFORMATION

Ziba Classes are designed for all fitness levels, from never having done 1 day of exercise to the most experienced of fitness junkies.  With the structure of sessions and coaching experience we can tailor every session to suit wherever our members fitness levels and yoga practice is at and help you improve from your starting position. 

We ask that our members bring a towel and water bottle with them every session, appropriate footwear and although we will have mats and bolsters available for all of our Ziba Calm sessions, we find some members like to bring their own equipment and that is fine with us.
